Reiki Classes
REIKI* is translated from Japanese to English as Universal Life Force. It is the creative energy of life that is in everything around us. It is our connectedness to our Divine Source. REIKI is a natural means of healing and brings harmony to all areas of our life. In these classes you will learn to use this ancient hands-on healing technique and reconnect with the Universal Life Force for healing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
REIKI I
In this class you will be introduced to techniques to help you connect to Divine Source. You will learn simple methods for healing yourself, how to feel energy moving, detailed information about chakras, and receive the first Reiki symbol and attunements. You must pre-register. Class sizes are limited. Recommended reading: Essential Reiki by Diane Stein. Light lunch provided.

REIKI II
(Prerequisite: Reiki I) Includes the next level of energy attunements. You will learn the next two Reiki symbols for use when healing yourself and others, and you will also learn long distance or absentee healing techniques. Class sizes are limited - please pre-register. Recommended Reading: Essential Reiki by Diane Stein. Light lunch provided.

REIKI III ~ Master / Teacher Certification Training
(Prerequisite: Reiki II) This class allows you to continue on your journey and connection with the Universal Life Force. You will learn two more healing symbols and how to use them. This class will also include the teaching of the attunement process.

Vision Board Workshops
Creating Your Vision with Vision Board, Intention and Meditation
Have you ever thought about what you would like to manifest into your life? Have you ever wondered what the secret is in getting rooted on your path and sticking to it? Join us for a Treasure Mapping/Vision Board workshop where we will learn how to define and attract a direction in our lives and figure out what we really want using some basic principals of the Universal Law of Attraction and creating a Vision Board.
WE supply magazines, a 20 X 30" Foam Board, glue, scissors, direction and a light lunch. We will also Bless our final creations during a visualization meditation.
YOU can, if you wish, begin thinking about what you would like to attract - cut pictures out of magazines or travel brochures. Bring along some extra scissors.
Class size will be limited to 10 attendees.
Classes held in January, March June, and September.
